You would think that if you bought a replacement plan for something and it broke, you’d be able to get it replaced right? That is certainly what my friend Marcus thought when he purchased one for his PSP. It was a good idea too as the screen cracked over the weekend. While its possible that the Minnesota cold could do its worse, it was a nice weekend and it more likely was bumped against something while in his pocket.
